In chemical transport, every second counts. That is why we operate our own emergency response unit: a complete solution, ready to act in any roadside contingency and ensure that your product reaches its destination, no matter what happens along the way.
What we do when an accident occurs
Our unit is specifically equipped to perform safe and efficient transfer of your product. In the event of a roadside incident, our brigade deploys to the site, transfers the product from the affected unit to a relief unit in optimal condition and ensures continuation of the trip to meet the delivery on time.
We are affiliated with SETIQ and coordinate with local fire departments and Civil Protection authorities, following applicable protocols of NOM-002-SCT/2011 for hazardous materials transport.

Our unit operates from the Cuautitlán Izcalli base, ready for immediate dispatch to any point on the national highway network. Coverage from Mexico City and San Luis Potosí enables competitive response times in the industrial corridors with the highest concentration of chemical transport in the country.
