2. Personal data collected
Depending on your relationship with TRESAL, we may collect the following personal data:
Identification and contact data (clients, suppliers, general public): full name, business name, address, email, phone number, tax identification number (RFC), and, where applicable, the name of the company or organization you represent.
Data collected through our website (www.tresal.com): name, email, phone number, company name, and message, voluntarily provided through our email.
Employee and job applicant data: full name, address, CURP, RFC, social security number (IMSS), official identification (INE or passport), proof of address, employment and personal references, and academic background.
Sensitive personal data: for employees and job applicants, TRESAL may collect data considered sensitive under the Law, such as current and future health status (medical certificates, fitness-to-drive evaluations for hazardous materials vehicles) and union membership. These data are collected exclusively to comply with labor and regulatory obligations in the federal transportation sector.
Financial data: for suppliers and clients, TRESAL may collect banking information (CLABE account number, bank name) exclusively for payment or invoicing purposes.
3. Purposes of data processing
Necessary purposes (directly related to the legal relationship): provision of specialized transportation services; preparation and follow-up of quotations; invoicing and payment collection; compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory obligations before SCT/SICT, SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT; compliance with applicable hazardous materials transportation regulations; personnel administration and employee records; and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Voluntary purposes (not required for the legal relationship): evaluation of the quality of our services; information about additional TRESAL services; and invitations to industry events.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for voluntary purposes, you may notify us at contact us. Your refusal will not affect the services you request or contract with us.
4. Mechanisms to limit the use or disclosure of your data
You may limit the use of your personal data by contacting TRESAL directly at contact us or by phone at +52 55 2620-0228 to request limitations on the use or disclosure of your personal data.
5. ARCO rights and revocation of consent
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify them if they are inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, request their Cancellation, or Oppose their processing (ARCO rights). You may also revoke the consent you have granted for the processing of your personal data. These rights are guaranteed under this privacy policy.
To exercise any of these rights, you must submit a request to the TRESAL Personal Data Department containing at least: (1) full name of the data subject and address or email for communicating the response; (2) documents proving your identity (copy of INE, passport, or other valid official identification); (3) clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and (4) any other element that facilitates the location of your personal data.
